The internet is a complicated and often dangerous place. With TITLEtrak, your data is completely secure using the
highest quality redundant technology and firewall hardware.
Our systems run on redundant data storage and server devices. They are backed-up onto disk and tape media,
with copies kept off-site. Automatic transactional backups are performed during the day several times an hour as well.
Our web servers have been running at approximately 99.98% uptime with no more than about 10 minutes of downtime per month, scheduled or otherwise.
We use only certified HP servers using RAID 5 disk pools and redundant operating system devices. Our servers run on
Microsoft Windows Server and Advanced Server operating systems and reside behind a Cisco firewall with strict
incoming port limitations. Our web platform runs the latest Microsoft .NET technology using 128-bit SSL data encryption.
All servers are fully protected against viruses using the latest anti-virus software provided by Symantec AntiVirus
Corporate Server.
We also maintain a fully functional off-site backup facility capable of taking over all processes from our
corporate office.
