Q. Why can't I see the whole screen?
A. Our website is best viewed in a screen resolution of 800x600 or better. Please ask your computer department to verify your screen settings.

Q. What is a File Access Code?
A. This is a code, unique to each file number, which can be used to view a file without having to logon to the website. It should only be given to people who are authorized to view the file, such as an attorney, a borrower, etc. A simple way to give out this number would be to "invite" someone to a file.

Q. How do I ask a question pertaining to a particular file?
A. Search for the file and view it first. Click the "Ask a question" or "Customer Service" link to reveal the names, phone numbers, and email addresses of the people you can contact in this way. To ask a question, simply type it in the space provided. It will be sent to the appropriate group as an "Alert" and you will receive one as well, when it is answered. You must logon to the system to view your new alerts.

Q. How can I find the file I'm looking for?
